What is the minimum order value?
Our minimum order value is £25.00 plus carriage and VAT.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum quantity for many of our products, certain parts however are supplied subject to an MOQ. Please refer to the product tables for further information.
How much does delivery cost?
Our standard delivery charge is £12.50 for next day delivery (subject to stock availability). Timed deliveries are available at an additional cost.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Orders can be collected from our trade counter between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm.
Can I open a credit account?
Yes. Credit account facilities are available subject to approval from our accounts department. Please contact us to request an application form 01282 424376 [email protected]
Is vat added to my order?
Yes, VAT will be added to you order at the checkout and is charged at 20%. If you are ordering from the EU, VAT is not added to your order.
What are the opening hours?
Our opening hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Thursday & 8.30am – 4.30pm Friday.
What courier do you use?
We use UPS for all deliveries. Orders may be tracked online.
I am an international customer, how do I order?
Overseas customers can order through the website. Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.
When will my order be delivered?
Subject to the goods being in stock, your order should be delivered the following working day.
What happens if some of my items are not in stock?
Our warehouse stocks millions of products but on the rare occasion your items are out of stock we will contact you directly to inform you of the estimated lead time. If possible, we may be able to offer you alternative products that are in stock. There is also an option in the checkout to receive a split delivery.
Are products RoHS / REACH compliant?
Yes, products supplied by Cotel Mouldings are free from hazardous substances in compliance with the requirements of RoHS and REACH.
Do you produce custom products?
We do not offer custom moulding facilities but can offer variants of standard parts subject to minimum order quantities.
Can I order a free sample?
Yes. Free samples are available for many of our products.
Are you ISO 9001 accredited?
We are currently working towards ISO 9001 certification.
How do I request for my data to be removed from your records?
Please contact us via email or phone and we will arrange for your details to be removed from our database.
