EXPANDING RADIUS TUBE CONNECTOR

Expanding raduis tube connectors are designed to allow two round tubes to make a T section. Fit the insert into the tube end, then sit the drilled horizontal tube in the saddle. The connector will grip the inside of the tube when tightened with an M6 screw.

The size of all our tube connectors products is based on the outside size of the tube they fit into. Please follow the below guidance to select the correct item. For assistance, please contact our sales department 01282 424376 [email protected]

OUTSIDE SIZE OF TUBE: Measure the external size of your tube.

TUBE WALL THICKNESS : This is the thickness of the tube wall. To check the connector will fit the tube inside size minus 2 x wall thickness from the tube outside size.

METAL CORE OPTION: Many of our tube connectors can be ordered with a metal core, offering extra strength and rigidity. The metal core is a piece of box section or flat bar that fits into the two-part moulded connector.
