INSIDE DIAMETER: Measure the inside of the hole that passes through the bush/sleeve, this will need to be big enough to provide clearance for the screw or mating part.

OUTSIDE DIAMETER: Measure the outside of the tube, this will determine to hole size in the panel.

LENGTH: The value that the tube goes into the hole.

FLANGE: Check the diameter and thickness of the flange is suitable for the application.
